The Black Youth Vote! 2nd Annual Black Men and Boy's Day on the Hill. On May 24, 2016 nearly 300 men and boys convened in the Cannon Caucus Room to discuss the state of Black men and Boys and then were able to visit congressional offices related to their home states.
